zoomslider sets only sporadically

zoomslider does not update its display on zoom level change

The buttons for setTime(date) set the date to 1 year back, ie 1775 instead of 1776.

• failsafe loop works but ugly

• after recalcBounds, set those bounds into the timeline, ie begin, end, zoom level

• zoom works within range -7 thru 14. With wider min max units, the zoom jumps all the way out immediately

level - unit. min=-21, max=30. -16=nanosecond. 20=bya, billion years ago.

datalevel - course version of level. 1 thru 8. Not used in processing, but published to users.

ypcm - years per centimeter. float. An absolute measurement of level.
