Important Information:
Deadline: The FBAR deadline is April 15, but an automatic extension is granted until October 15. Registration: While you can file as an individual without registering, creating a free account allows you to save drafts and check status. Authorized Filers: If a third party files for you, use FinCEN Report 114a to authorize them. Safety Notice: The FBAR filing is free. Be aware of phishing sites that charge to file this form.
